Bourne Digital’s Nominations

Frucor Suntory

Frucor Suntory is a leading Australasian drinks company and the market leader in energy drinks in Australia and New Zealand (Oceania). The company produces more than 30 million cases of drinks a year at its New Zealand-based manufacturing plant.

Frucor Suntory is home to 200+ Field Sales members, who were tasked with manoeuvring between four different sales tools daily, as well as operating an out of date automation system.

What we developed

Bourne Digital developed MySH (My Sales Hub) to assist the sales team, sales growth as well as Frucor Suntory’s customer experience. Built on SAP BTP, the iOS native application reflects a ‘day in the life’ of a field sales member which extends and integrates with SAP S4/HANA and SAP C4C.

Following on from this, MySH integrates with other applications such as customer maps, order history, sales performance reporting etc. The application offers a synchronized approach so all field members have similar messaging to their customers, as well as a strong recommendation engine to suggest sales.

Outcome

  • Increase in number of incremental cases sold as a result of smart selling features (suggested items)
  • Customer specific data – resulting in the ability to have the right conversations with each customer
  • 13% increase in sales team productivity since go-live date

HomeMade

This year we selected HomeMade as one of our nominations. HomeMade was founded in 2020 with a vision to transform home care in Australia. HomeMade offers its users a unique experience by enabling (them) to self-manage their government Home Care Packages so they have increased flexibility and control over the aged care services they need for a fulfilling life.

This unique experience allows users to stay independent at home for longer, resulting in happier customers not requiring the need to be admitted to nursing homes.

What we developed

Bourne Digital utilized SAP BTP digital innovation to enable self-managed age care. The expectations of home care participants and their families are continuously changing, bringing with it new challenges. The current model of home care takes full responsibility for patients care, which can leave some feeling helpless/despair/useless. Following on from this, there are higher administration costs, which in turn reduces the amount of funding left for support services.

To overcome these challenges, Bourne Digital have developed a self-service portal solution for Home Care package participants. Built on SAP’s BTP platform, this intuitive, self-service portal allows customers to manage their budget and choose their in-home services online.

Outcome

HomeMade team: increase in efficiency of processes, customer communication and management of workflow tasks across customer and service provider

HomeMade customer: increase in control and transparency of their plans, budgets and spending, with the ability to manage the Home Care Package via self-service portal

Service provider: increase in engagement with more cross collaboration to ensure quality health outcomes for customers

We would like to wish both of our customers the best of luck on April 12th. We look forward to continued work and future innovations together.
